How do we compare to OEM?

We only offer replacement batteries and power accessories that meet or exceed the quality and performance level of the original equipment manufacturer. We use only the highest quality cells, plastics, electronics and safety components. All of our products are fully tested prior to shipment to assure OEM quality.

How do we compare to other replacement batteries?

We fully charge and test every Lithium Ion battery and every Nickel Metal Hydride intelligent battery so they work out of the box. We cycle charge tens of thousands of batteries each month to assure the highest quality possible. Our quality department performs 100% inbound inspections on every item we receive and manufacture. This is a very expensive process that is not available from our competitors. We also have the best customer service in the industry and stand behind our products 100%.

"I found a less expensive battery on the internet, why?"

Low price most often means cheap quality, poor service and insufficient warranty. The internet is full of pirate companies selling cheap quality off shore products which are drop shipped from brokers. Some of these products have insufficient safety circuits that will cause cell over charge resulting in possible fire or explosion risking damage to you and your equipment. These pirates offer little or no customer support. If their products cause damage to you or your equipment you may receive little or no compensation. Some of these companies even ship refurbished batteries, used batteries or outright counterfeit batteries.

Our company has been in business for 30 years. We have a 16,000 square foot corporate headquarters with real customer service people, a quality control department, an assembly department, in house engineering, accounting staff, administrative staff, shipping, receiving, warehousing, $7 million dollars of inventory and $11 million dollars of product liability insurance. We have made and continue to make major investments in production equipment, battery charging equipment, battery testing equipment, new product tooling and information technology equipment.
